Three plans, credits included
Every plan is the same commercial model: an annual subscription for the agents you staff, with usage credits included in the figure. What changes between them is scope, not what your agency gets. Governance, the engine, and the exit rights are identical in all three.
Agent
One role, one office, one agent to start
Quoted
priced per agreement, on an annual term
Pricing in Canada is set per agreement and written down before you sign. We do not publish a converted figure from another market.
- Subscription
- One agent, staffed by the office that supervises it, at any number of staff. Add the next agent when the results make the case.
- Usage credits
- Included, sized to that agent’s caseload before you sign and written into the agreement.
- The office that supervises the agent sets its autonomy level and its approvals
- One line item per agent, so a single office can start without a jurisdiction-wide decision
- Moving up to a larger plan credits what you have already paid for the term
A local court staffing Relay and Scribe: Quoted a year, two line items, one renewal date.

A whole court or agency, one agreement
Quoted
priced per agreement, on an annual term
Pricing in Canada is set per agreement and written down before you sign. We do not publish a converted figure from another market.
- Subscription
- Every agent on your roster, including the ones that ship after you sign, staffed by whichever offices supervise them.
- Usage credits
- Included and pooled across every agent, so a heavy month in one office draws on the same allowance.
- Always less than staffing the same roster one agent at a time
- New agents join your roster at no change to the agreement
- One line item for the agency, and one renewal date
Jurisdiction
Several courts or agencies, each on its own rules
Quoted
priced per agreement, on an annual term
Pricing in Canada is set per agreement and written down before you sign. We do not publish a converted figure from another market.
- Subscription
- Every agency and court under one agreement, running one system, with each of them keeping its own policies and its own approvals.
- Usage credits
- Included and pooled across the jurisdiction, with each court able to see its own usage.
- Policy authored centrally in the engine, customised locally where local rules differ
- One system runs an entire jurisdiction, with every local court on its own terms
- Rollout by court, at the pace each one can absorb, on a single agreement
The first hire we recommend is Relay, the voice agent. The pain is universal, a thirty-minute demo shows it answering calls like yours, and one agent on the Agent plan is a decision one office can make on its own.
The same system in every plan
A larger plan buys more scope. It does not buy more control, more safety, or more of the record. Everything below is in all three, at every size of agency, because holding governance back for a bigger contract is the practice this company was built to end.
- The engine, the operating system, and every surface it reaches
- Every autonomy level, set by your agency per agent and per workflow
- Every action attributed, timestamped, reviewable, and exportable
- 100+ languages, and accessible to everyone (WCAG 2.2 AA)
- Models from every major lab and open source, with no volume commitment to any provider
- The open ecosystem: REST APIs, webhooks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
- Your own dashboards, at any number of staff, at no cost per seat
- No lock-in, no exit fees, and your data exportable in open formats
What the credits are for
The subscription staffs the agent. Credits cover the work it does, and the work is countable:
- Notices, letters, and orders drafted from the record
- Calls answered, transcribed, and followed up
- Translations, across every language your agency serves
- Case lists and calendars triaged, and conflicts found before the hearing
- The overnight preparation: the follow-ups, the checks, and the recomputes waiting for approval in the morning
How the allowance behaves
Usage pricing worries a budget office for one reason: the number can move after the signature. Here it cannot, without an approval from your side.
- Your allowance is sized to your caseload before you sign, and written into the agreement
- Credits are part of the subscription price, never a second invoice at the start
- Overage is never automatic. If the work grows past the allowance, your agency approves more before anything is spent
- Usage is visible to your finance staff in the control plane, every month, per agent
- Annual terms aligned to fiscal years
- Clean SKUs for purchase orders and standing offers and supply arrangements
- One renewal date, and a figure that does not move mid-term
Self-funded solutions, on any plan
Payment processing and solutions like it carry no subscription and no base cost at all. They run alongside any of the three plans. We earn revenue only when an end client chooses to use them: a stated fee when a person chooses the online option, never hidden. Because those fees involve the public, the rules are in writing.
Shelfware earns a vendor its license fee either way. A partner earns nothing until the work is real.
- Every fee is flat and shown before a person pays, never a percentage surprise
- Choosing the counter or the mail never costs a fee
- Fee schedules are published per agency before go-live
- No line item in your budget, ever; our revenue exists only when the solution is actually used
No commitments to the model market
Your agency never signs a volume agreement with an AI provider and never depends on a lab’s free government program staying free. The subscription absorbs the model market: as models improve and prices fall, your agents get better without a renegotiation.
Leaving is allowed
No lock-in, no exit fees, your data exportable on request in open formats. Moving up a plan or down one is a change to the agreement: nothing gets migrated and nothing gets rebuilt. We keep your business by being worth keeping.
