Engagements and pricing

Hosting, Maintenance and Support

Your system stays maintained and supported under whichever hosting option you choose, with no exit fee.

What this engagement addresses

Scope, price, and deliverables

After any build, your agency chooses how the system runs: self-hosted or managed by us. Each option is priced in advance, and you can change the arrangement at any time without an exit fee.

A written scope fixes the price before your agency commits to anything. After that, the price changes only through the published change process.

Starting price
From $1,500 a month
Timeline
Annual, cancellable, with standard non-appropriation terms
What moves it
Whether you self-host or we operate it, and the response times you need in writing.

What your team uses

  • Your choice of three arrangements: self-host after a transition engagement, self-host with our support, or managed hosting inside your own cloud tenancy
  • Security patching, dependency maintenance, and accessibility upkeep
  • Service response times, committed in writing

What we need from you

  • A named technical contact
  • Agreement on response times before the support terms are finalized

Your agency owns everything we deliver: the deliverables, the source code, and the data. What happens after a build and how to buy this work are published alongside the full schedule.

What changes for your agency

  • The system stays current

Security patches, dependency upgrades, and accessibility upkeep continue after launch, so the system does not quietly age out.

  • Your environment, your control

Managed hosting runs by default in your own cloud tenancy. The data, the logs, and the audit trail stay under your account.

  • Leaving stays practical

Transition out is a priced, tested procedure, not a negotiation. The cost of leaving is a number you have before you sign.

  • Terms your procurement office will recognize

One annual agreement, cancellable, with standard non-appropriation terms and response times in writing.

The standards the work is held to

These are written into the engagement agreement, and each one can be checked during the work rather than taken on trust. The full posture is published under security and compliance.

Your cloud tenancy by default
We operate inside your agency's own cloud account, so the environment and its audit history remain yours while we run it.
Named access, ended on close
Named individual accounts on your access controls, with the list published to you and access revoked when the engagement ends.
Data return and deletion
At the end of the agreement, data is returned in an agreed format and our copies are deleted, with written confirmation.
Continuity procedures, tested
Backup, restore, and continuity procedures are documented and tested, and the results are reported to you.

Common questions

Can we host it ourselves from day one?

Yes. Self-hosting is the first option, with a one-time transition engagement that ends when your team demonstrates a deploy on its own.

Do you host systems you did not build?

Our hosting and support cover systems we built or transitioned in. If you want us to take over something else, start a conversation and we will say plainly whether we can.

What are the response times?

Agreed with you and written into the agreement before it is signed, because the right commitment depends on what we operate for you.

What does the starting price cover?

The starting point covers support for a single self-hosted system. Managed hosting in your tenancy and shorter response times move the price, and those variables are published on this page.

What happens if we cancel?

The agreement is annual and cancellable, with standard non-appropriation terms. Transition out runs at the price agreed in advance, access is revoked, and data is returned with written confirmation.
