After any build, your agency chooses how the system runs: self-hosted or managed by us. Each option is priced in advance, and you can change the arrangement at any time without an exit fee.

- Backup, restore, and continuity procedures are documented and tested, and the results are reported to you.

Can we host it ourselves from day one?
Yes. Self-hosting is the first option, with a one-time transition engagement that ends when your team demonstrates a deploy on its own.
Do you host systems you did not build?
Our hosting and support cover systems we built or transitioned in. If you want us to take over something else, start a conversation and we will say plainly whether we can.
What are the response times?
Agreed with you and written into the agreement before it is signed, because the right commitment depends on what we operate for you.
What does the starting price cover?
The starting point covers support for a single self-hosted system. Managed hosting in your tenancy and shorter response times move the price, and those variables are published on this page.
What happens if we cancel?
The agreement is annual and cancellable, with standard non-appropriation terms. Transition out runs at the price agreed in advance, access is revoked, and data is returned with written confirmation.

Send us your name and agency. We reply within one business day with a short set of clarifying questions, followed by a written scope and a fixed price for your agency. There is no obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep whether or not you proceed.
