What we do

Between a decision to modernize and a system your staff can use there is assessment, design, engineering, migration, and training. Each service line below is one piece of that work, with the artifacts it produces and what your agency owns at the end.

What every line has in common

Agencies rarely struggle to describe what needs to change. The difficulty is finding who will do it. Advisory firms assess, write requirements, and support the procurement, then hand the build to whoever wins it. Product companies build, and their advice arrives attached to what they sell. Our engineers do both halves, and only for courts and justice agencies.

Each line is a description of work. It says what we do in verbs, names the deliverables, shows the phases and where your team is involved, and states what you own at the end.

What each one costs is published with the engagement it is bought through. See engagements and pricing.

Scope
Written and agreed before the work starts, with acceptance criteria in it
Artifacts
Named deliverables, handed over in editable source
Gates
Every phase ends in a decision your agency makes, and stopping is one of them
Ownership
The code, the data, and the documents are yours. Self-hosting is always available.

What follows a build

Hosting and support are bought after a build rather than first. The terms are published here because a procurement officer asks about them early, and an agency should be able to read them before it needs them.

The safe first step

The readiness assessment is free, takes about 20 minutes, and returns a scored report you keep. It creates no obligation, no call, and no follow-up.
