The pages here describe how we work, what we build, and what defined engagements include. None of it is an offer, a contract, or legal advice, and reading it creates no relationship between your agency and this firm.

Where an engagement publishes a price or a range, we mean it: a published number is a commitment we intend to honor, and it becomes binding when it is written into an engagement agreement with a scope attached to it. Where a price is not published yet, the page says so plainly rather than asking you to call to find out.

Scope, acceptance criteria, timelines, assignment of the intellectual property in what we build, warranty, data handling, and how either side ends the arrangement are all set in the engagement agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement is what counts.

The same applies to anything said in a meeting or an email before an agreement exists. Nothing is committed until it is written down and signed by both sides.

The resources on this site, including policy language, procurement and requirements language, and checklists, are free for your agency to use and adapt. No permission is needed, no attribution is required, and nothing sits behind an email address. If a paragraph of ours ends up in your adopted policy under your own name, that is the point of publishing it.

Republishing our material commercially, or as your own product, is a different thing: write to us first. The eCourt AI name and mark remain ours.

Where we write about rules, deadlines, grant programs, or standards, we cite the primary source and re-check it when we touch the page. Those facts still move, sometimes between our checking and your reading. Verify against the source before an agency decision rests on one, and tell us if you find something wrong: we would rather correct it than defend it.

We link to sources and organizations we do not control. A link is a citation, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what is on the other end of it.

This is a static website, and we do not promise it is always reachable or always current. If the contact form cannot reach our server, it offers you plain email instead, so a request always has a way to reach a person.
