What this site collects
The two forms
Two things on this site send us anything: the contact form, and the form on Insights that subscribes you to new resources. They are the same form in two places, and each asks for the same three fields: your name, your agency, and an email address we can reply to.
When you send either one, those fields are posted to a single endpoint on this domain, which turns them into an email to us and notes which of the two forms it came from. Nothing is written to a database here, and there is no account to create.
Both forms also carry one hidden field that a person never sees and never fills in. Automated submissions usually do fill it in, and when it arrives filled in, the message is discarded rather than sent to anyone.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party code
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, and no third-party scripts of any kind. The fonts, the styles, and the small amount of code the pages need are all served from this domain, so nothing here reports your visit to anyone and nothing here follows you to another site.
What stays on your device
Nothing. This site stores no cookies and writes nothing to your browser storage. The language you are reading is part of the address of the page, so changing language is an ordinary link and there is no preference to remember.
Server records
The site is served by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which keeps the request records any web host keeps: an IP address, what was requested, and when. They exist so the site can be served and defended from abuse. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not join them to anything you send us through the form.
What we do with what you send
We read it and reply to it. If the conversation becomes an engagement, it becomes part of that engagement record.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else for their own purposes. What you send through the contact form is not added to a mailing list, and there is no automated sequence behind either form. Subscribing is the one thing that does put your address on a list, it happens only if you choose it, and unsubscribing removes you the same day.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email records while a conversation is live, and after that only while there is a reason to keep them: an engagement record, or an accounting or legal obligation. There is no marketing database behind this site, so there is no second copy of your details somewhere else.
Asking what we hold, or having it deleted
Email info@ecourt.ai and say what you would like deleted, or what you would like to know. Roughly when you wrote to us helps, if you remember. We reply within one business day, do it, and confirm in writing when it is done. There is no form to fill in, no account to log into, and you do not have to give a reason.
Engagement data is a different question
This page covers the website. What happens to your agency's data during a piece of work is set in the engagement agreement, and the commitments behind it, including that data is returned and our copies deleted with written confirmation, are published on the security and compliance page.
If this page changes
If the site ever gains something that collects more than this, that change is described here rather than folded in quietly. Questions about any of it go to info@ecourt.ai.
