Resources your agency can use without hiring us. Each one is written to be taken into a meeting, cites its primary sources, and is free to read with no email address required.

What is published so far

Three documents, on questions that arrive long before an agency is ready to talk about a project at all. We add a resource when we have one worth publishing.

How these are written

  • Free, with no email address required

Every resource here is readable in full without a form, an account, or a call afterwards. The subscription is offered separately and is not required.

  • Primary sources, named and linked

Each resource cites the rule, the guideline, or the report itself rather than a summary of it, so your general counsel can check the wording we relied on.

  • Dated, and re-checked when they change

Grant bands, compliance dates, and rule numbers move. Each resource carries the month it was last checked against its sources.

  • No client stories here yet

We publish an engagement only once an agency has cleared it for use by name. Until then these pages carry method and sources, which are what we can evidence.

Occasional new resources by email

We publish new resources occasionally. There is no email sequence and no sales follow-up, and unsubscribing removes you the same day.

You do not need this to read anything above. It exists for the people who asked to be told when the next one is written.

Your address is added to one list and used for nothing else. No reply, no sequence, and unsubscribe removes you the same day.

The safe first step

The readiness assessment is free, takes about 20 minutes, and returns a scored report you keep. It creates no obligation, no call, and no follow-up.
