Can we adopt the policy under our own name?

Yes. The policy is drafted for your adoption and your counsel can amend it. Our name does not appear on it unless you want it there.

Do you need access to case data?

No. The assessment runs on interviews, system documentation, and metadata. Where we need to see how a system behaves, we look with your staff at the screen rather than taking a copy of anything.

What is the knowledge base delivered in?

A format your team already uses: a wiki in your existing tools where you have one, or a portable, editable format you can import. Nothing proprietary, and no license to renew.

Can another firm execute the roadmap?

Yes, by design. The roadmap and any requirements are written to be released to any bidder, and our independence rules mean we do not bid on builds where we wrote the requirements.

Does this fit inside a grant?

The engagement is sized to fit common small-purchase thresholds and technical assistance grants. The funding resource in Insights lists the main programs with their current limits.
